Refund Policy

Last updated: January 2026

1. Delivery

Desinya provides digital design services only. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped — all deliverables (files, source assets, guidelines) are sent electronically by email or file-sharing link once a project milestone is completed.

2. Deposits

Projects typically begin with a non-refundable deposit that reserves your project slot and covers initial discovery and concept work. The deposit amount is specified in your proposal or invoice.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, based on the agreed project milestones. Any amount paid beyond completed work will be refunded.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for work not yet started or not yet delivered.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion of the project.
• Refund requests should be made within 14 days of the related invoice or milestone.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed and delivered milestones, approved final designs, and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock assets, licenses, fonts) are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email dan1elwojtyvzka857@inbox.eu with your invoice details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
